The hype boiled as live video transmission were streamed on Facebook, brutal GoPro clips leaked on Instagram and fans who tried to find out more were faced by redacted Google results, Wikipedia and IMDB pages. On the day of launch a suspicious email reached the inbox of millions of Netflix subscribers creating a bit of a stir.

11:57 is a new kind of film experience where horror presents itself as a 360° nightmare. At the film premiere guests braved through three minutes of pure fright alone and tied to a chair inside one of Amsterdams ghoul infested basements. The VR film was released in 2015 and has been downloaded over a million times across the globe.
